While being stored:

All image files are securely stored on encrypted drives and password-protected systems.

Only Kian Brindley Media has access to your files.

Your stored photos will not be shown, shared, copied, or displayed to anyone — including other clients, friends, or the public — until you have given explicit consent to do so.

After consent:

With your written or verbal consent, we may share selected images on our website, social media, or portfolio to showcase our work.

You may withdraw this consent at any time, and we will remove your images from public display if requested.

Storage duration:

Your photos are securely stored for at least 6 months after delivery.

After that period, we cannot guarantee long-term storage, so clients are encouraged to download and back up their files promptly.

Your rights:

You have full control over your images. Kian Brindley Media will never use, show, or distribute your photos without your permission.
