Our delivery policy

1. How You’ll Receive Your Photos

All final images will be delivered through a secure Pixieset online gallery. You’ll receive a private link (and password if used) once your gallery is ready.

2. Access & Privacy

Only people with the link (and password) can view your photos. You may share your gallery with friends and family if you wish. Please don’t post or share the gallery publicly without permission.

3. Downloads

You can download your photos directly from the gallery in high-resolution JPEG format. RAW files will not be provided. Your gallery will remain online for 2 months — please download and back up your images before it expires.

4. Usage Rights

You are free to use your photos for personal use — printing, sharing, and posting online. Credit (“Photo by Kian Brindley Media”) is appreciated when sharing online. Commercial licensing is only available with our commercial packages. Copyright remains with Kian Brindley Media.

5. Print Orders

You can order professional prints and products directly through your Pixieset gallery if the store feature is enabled.

6. Backup & Re-Delivery

Once your gallery expires, there may be a small fee to restore or re-upload it. Please save your photos safely to your own device or cloud storage.
