At Kian Brindley Media, we do not provide unedited or RAW image files under any circumstances.

RAW files are unfinished working files that require professional editing to reflect our creative style, quality standards, and brand. Delivering RAW images would not represent the final product or the level of work we aim to provide to our clients.

All images delivered to clients are carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure correct colour, exposure, sharpness, and overall quality. This editing process is a key part of our service and is included in all packages unless otherwise stated.

By booking with Kian Brindley Media, you acknowledge and agree that:

• RAW files will not be supplied or sold

• Only fully edited JPEG images will be delivered

• Editing style and final image selection remain at the photographer’s discretion

This policy helps maintain consistent quality, protects our brand, and ensures every client receives images that meet professional standards.
